Live-System Rack Cleaning

Cabinets, floating floor and surrounding area — without ever shutting equipment down

The main service I offer: external technical cleaning of racks and equipment — fronts, disk bays, panels, cabinet exterior and interior — together with the floating floor and the area around the room. All on a live system: equipment stays on and running for the entire job, with no dedicated maintenance windows.

I don't open or remove individual units: I work on accessible surfaces with ESD-certified equipment (blowing, HEPA vacuuming, microfiber cloths and isopropyl alcohol), removing dust and contaminants without interfering with the running hardware.

  • Duration varies based on the contamination level found — it's not a fixed time: I estimate it precisely during the free site survey. As a reference: 1-2 hours for a single rack, a full day for a room with around 10 racks.
  • Price in the same range as /prezzi: it varies based on how dirty the equipment actually is, assessed in person, not a fixed rate set in advance.

2. Data Collected

The site only collects the data voluntarily entered by the user in the contact form: name, email, company, reason for the request and message. This data is processed solely to respond to the request received.

3. Technical and Analytics Cookies

The site uses technical cookies required for correct operation (e.g. the cookie banner preference). With the user's consent given via the cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 is also used to collect anonymous, aggregated statistics on browsing (pages visited, traffic source), in order to improve the site. These analytics cookies are only activated after clicking "Accept"; clicking "Necessary only" means no data is sent to Google. No third-party advertising-profiling cookies are used.

4. Legal Basis

Data processing is based on the data subject's consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) and on the performance of pre-contractual measures (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).

5. Data Retention

Data provided through the contact form is kept for the time strictly necessary to handle the request, and in any case no longer than 12 months from collection.

6. Data Subject Rights

Under GDPR arts. 15–22, the user may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection by writing to info@noshut.it.

7. Third-Party Services

The WhatsApp button redirects to the WhatsApp platform (Meta Platforms Inc.). With consent, the site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) for anonymous browsing statistics — more information in Google's privacy policy.
